The Last Supper Very Large Plaque
This is a very large and heavy hand-carved sculpture of the Last Supper. It is made of cast stone and
beautifully hand finished in antique finish. The sculpture weighs an enormous 155 Lbs. It is 53.5" wide,
28" high and 5" deep. You can easily recognize from the large picture that astonishing sculptural mastery
that went into the carving this masterpiece. There is no better carving of this artwork available anywhere
else - this is the best Last Supper sculpture one can find today, and it is absolutely far ahead any sculpture
out there. In the Christian faith, the Last Supper was the last meal Jesus shared with his apostles before
his death. The Last Supper has been the subject of many paintings, of which perhaps the most famous by
Leonardo da Vinci. This is a very large and extremely heavy hand-sculptured plaque of that famous work.
Each figure is carved with an astonishing detail in stunning three-dimensionality, as if they are alive. The
whole work is surrounded by a classical inspired border.
