We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Money Orders and Personal checks. We will ship

Appropriate state sales tax will be added to orders shipped to residents of New Jersey.
In what currency are your prices?
All prices as well as shipping costs and taxes are in US Dollars.

What shipping methods do you use?
The default shipping charges are for Ground. If you like your order shipped Express please let us know and we will
supply you with cost for that shipping and handling service. Please keep in mind the difference between the rates of
carriers - Ground is the most economical way to receive your package and is much less then Express Air 1-day
delivery would cost you for example. The choice is, however, ultimately yours.
How much will shipping and handling be?
For US customers we base our shipping and handling rates (coins are insured) on the price of the coin according to
this table:

Multiple orders can be combined to save on shipping charges.
Coins are sent by US Postal Service Insured or Registered mail. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged
mail by the US Postal services. If mail is lost or damaged a claim will be filed with USPS and buyer will attain a refund
from USPS. Express mail and Federal Express are also available upon buyer’s request. For shipments to countries
outside United States, taxes, duties, customs and brokerage fees associated with the order will be responsibility of
the receiver. Our customers in Canada can add $5 extra to the above table costs. If you live outside North America let
us know when you want to place your order and we will calculate the shipping cost to your country prior to placing the
order. Overseas shipments are sent at buyer's risk unless optional insurance is requested, subject to availability.
Customers are advised to provide SPECIFIC instructions on how they want the items described on the customs form.
Please be advised that the maximum indemnity on non-US orders is $40. The buyer assumes any additional risk of
loss.
How long does it take for delivery?
Every effort is made to ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Ground shipping usually takes between 5-10
business days. If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you by phone or email. If you require urgent delivery,
please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
What is your Guaranty and Return Policy?
All coins are guaranteed genuine and authentic as described. Shop with confidence. Any coin may be returned within
7 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping fees, provided it is in its original condition. The customer shall bear
the cost of returning all items and shall insure them for their full value.
