Obverse: Laureate bearded head of Philip II of Macedon, the father of Alexander the Gtreat, as Zeus, right.
Reverse: ΦΙΛΙΠΠΟΥ, Youth on horseback right, holding palm, thunderbolt below horse. SNG ANS 385ff.
SNG Alpha Bank 272. A pleasing lifetime issue with a high-relief head in fine style. Cut on the reverse is
an ancient mint test mark and not an injury.
