These are custom made to order items. There shell be no returns and refunds accepted unless the customer receives the finished item damaged for which he/she must present proof of. We insure all of our shipments. If you have received the item damaged from the shipping process you must notify us on the day if the receipt of the item, in order to be accepted for refund and/or replacement. Credit will not be issued unless you notify us the same day you received the shipment.
